How to connect this form

Choose one of the following, then test it with a real submission before publishing:

  1. Formspree (simplest, no server): create a free Formspree form, copy its endpoint, and change the form tag to <form action="https://formspree.io/f/YOUR_FORM_ID" method="POST">. Remove the JavaScript that intercepts the submit, or keep a success message only after a real submission. Confirm the destination email in Formspree.
  2. Netlify Forms (if hosted on Netlify): add data-netlify="true" and a hidden form-name field to the form, deploy, then check Netlify → Forms for submissions and set up email notifications.
  3. Your own email / CRM: point the form to your existing contact system or CRM endpoint, and replace the demo notice on this page with the real confirmation message. Never publish a private email password or API key in these files.

Until one of these is connected and tested, keep the “does not send email yet” notice on this page. A form that looks working but delivers nothing is worse than a clearly labelled demo form.
