Quality & Technical Support
Clear documents, careful selection, and a record you can check.
This page describes an approach, not a certification. If a document or approval is not available for a specific product, we will say so.
Technical documentation
Buyers commonly request the following documents. Availability depends on the supplier and the product, and documents should be checked against the agreed grade and batch.
Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
Hazard, handling, storage, and transport information for the product as supplied. The SDS version and country format should match the destination.
Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
Typical properties, recommended use information, and handling notes supplied by the manufacturer — distinct from a guarantee for a specific formulation.
Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
Batch-specific results, where supplied, to be checked against the agreed specification before use.
Other documents — such as regulatory statements, food-contact or personal-care statements, and test reports — are provided only where they exist for that product and market. Ask in your inquiry which documents you need, and we will confirm what can be shared.
Product selection, step by step
Define the use
Application, formulation type, process conditions, and any restrictions.
Review the documents
SDS, TDS, and any regulatory statements relevant to that use.
Check compatibility
Discuss known compatibility topics; the buyer confirms suitability by testing in their own formulation.
Confirm in writing
Grade, pack size, quantity, lead time, and terms are confirmed before supply.
Supplier coordination
Supplier coordination means: confirming the product and grade, requesting the documents above, confirming pack size and lead time, and keeping the inquiry, quotation, and order details consistent. Supplier names, customer names, and pricing are not published on this site, and are discussed only with the parties involved in a specific inquiry.
